What entry modes did it use and why? What are the pros/cons of those entry modes into a foreign market in general? Did those apply to India in this case? Use the CAGE model to discuss the distance between the US and India as it applies to Oreo. You can look at other information online regarding Oreo besides the link above if that helps you.

2. Use the Excel dataset that shows hospital treatment data across the US. Create pivot tables to answer the following questions

a. For heart attack or chest pain, rank order the states in terms of what percent of the patients in the hospitals in each state were given Aspirin on arrival? (Variable OP_4)

b. For heart attack or chest pain, rank-order the states in terms of the time taken to send patients to ECG. (Variable OP_5)

Discuss the results. Are the same states good/bad at both? What are the possible reasons for the discrepancies in the medical practice across hospitals within a state and across states?

Do the analysis in Excel, but write the answer in Word, with any relevant graph or table from Excel copied over into Word. The written report must stand alone. In other words, the person reading your answer should not have to look at your Excel spreadsheet.
