Home Depot Headquarters - Field Trip

Here are the details of our visit, next Tuesday, October 24, to The Home Depot Store Support Center.

This location is outside the perimeter. Please be aware that some GPS locators will take you to an incorrect location inside the perimeter.

Driving yourself

1. The bus seats 35, but there are two sections for a total of about 48 students. So if a couple of you have cars and can take a few friends with you, that will help. Please email Jung Hoon (and copy me) to let me know if you are driving and who will ride with you.

2. Please email Jung Hoon with your phone numbers so that he can contact you if there are last minute issues (do that now!).

3. Arrive at Home Depot no later than 1:20 PM to go through security and be on time for the program.

Riding the GSU Bus

When and Where

1. Meet no later than 1:00 PM in front of the Athletic Building at the intersection of Decatur St. and Collins St. to catch the bus. You will miss the bus if you are late.

Our program starts at 1:30 PM at Home Depot.  Our program concludes at 3:00 PM.

2. Dress well – you are representing GSU to the executives of the corporation. Eat a light lunch before meeting at 1:00 PM by the bus.

3. Print the field trip assignment sheet, and fill out items 1 through 6, think of questions to ask about their operations or marketing. You can fill the last part at the event, and hand it to Jung Hoon at the end.
